Pernod Ricard USA Appoints Southern Wine & Spirits of Indiana as its Exclusive Statewide Distributor - Pernod Ricard USA and Southern Wine & Spirits of America Now Aligned in 27 U.S. Markets

Miami, FL, November 1, 2010 – Southern Wine & Spirits of America, Inc. (Southern), the nation’s largest wine and spirits distributor, today announced that Pernod Ricard USA (Pernod Ricard) has appointed Southern Wine & Spirits of Indiana as its exclusive statewide distributor. As part of the agreement, Southern Wine & Spirits of Indiana will establish a new Prestige Wine & Spirits selling division with Pernod Ricard’s portfolio serving as the anchor in this new sales group. The appointment is effective as of January 1, 2011.
